Returns & Refunds Policy
At KIMSHINYCARDS, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns, get approval first – Send us a message via email to request a Return Authorization (RA) number further instructions will be provided once approved.
Return Windows
- Online orders (AU): Returns can only be lodged within 48hrs after delivery.
What We Can’t Take Back
- Change-of-mind on any product is final sale.
Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch Only)
Cancellation requests must be made before the order has been shipped.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch:
- A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund
- This fee covers non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs
- Once an order has entered packing or dispatch, it cannot be cancelled
No cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is due to an error or issue on our part.
When We Will Refund or Replace
- Wrong item shipped or damaged/defective on arrival? Please send photos or video within 48hrs of delivery along with your order number. We’ll cover return postage and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Extra items you didn’t order? Let us know right away with photos—keep the surprise, we’ll handle the rest.
Processing Your Refund
- Once your return reaches us, we’ll inspect and process it within 14 days.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up on your statement in 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We don’t swap items directly. To get something different, simply return your original order for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want. (10% restocking fee applies)
Packages Returned to Sender
If a parcel bounces back because of an incorrect address or uncollected delivery, we deduct:
- Original shipping cost
- A $14.95 return-to-sender fee
- 5% handling charge
Redirection
- Orders redirected after dispatch are not covered for loss or non-delivery.
